Hey there!
I had this update ready for several weeks already, but I first wanted to make sure I was progressing well with the final two pages.
Hah, I can't wait until this is over!


So, after Shiruba's parents set off for Hoenn, Shiruba herself decides to say goodbye to her mentor Lance first. I mentioned it before, but he had been training with her and the team before the battle with Red.
I also wanted to draw Lance in an alternate outfit for a change. I present you: The meditation/spiritual training outfit of the Old Dragon Clan of Blackthorn.


Especially the last few panels were very important to me and I have thought a lot about how to properly convey this scene. And I curse myself for not having the same level of verbal skills as I do have in my native language. I really wish I could have written this comic in German. I'm so much more eloquent there and the language has to offer a lot more linguistic subtleties in general... Well, but I guess, at least it's a lot easier to come up with curses in English. XD

So anyway, I gotta go to sleep now. It was a long day. Have a nice time, everyone!
